Preview the new Palestinian photo and video library – Monday May 23rd
May 23 @ 10:30 am - 12:00 pm
The East Jerusalem Tourism Development Programme (EJTDP), in cooperation with the Ministry of Tourism and Antiquities (MoTA), is developing a Digital Asset Management (DAM) system with our international tourism marketing experts.
The DAM system is software that will help support Palestinian tourism businesses with safely storing, organizing, and downloading high-quality touristic digital content, such as the photography and videography produced by WideOyster travel magazine’s Frits Meyst and Marco Barneveld.
Currently, the system is in the last stages of development and will soon be available to all Palestinian tourism businesses and entrepreneurs to utilize for their own purposes. Tourism businesses will be able to gain access to high-quality touristic digital imagery to be used in promotional materials, websites, branding, etc.
The workshop will be a tutorial walkthrough of:
- Understanding the benefits of the system
- How to access the system
- Providing us with your valuable feedback on the system
The workshop will take place on Monday, May 23rd from 10:30 am – 12:00 pm at EJTDP’s Tourism Development Hub (Al-Yacoubi Street #6, Jerusalem) and will be hosted by our digital tourism marketing expert Dominique le Roux.
This is a hands-on workshop, please be sure to bring either a laptop, tablet, or smartphone.
Please note that you must register in order to attend the event.
